Can anyone help identify this vintage or antique doll?

Can anyone help identify this doll? She is about 13 1/2" tall, no visible markings (but have not undressed her), made of ceramic or porcelain. Please help. Thanks!

Undressed the doll and there are no markings. However, I noticed where the doll was not painted it looked like wood. Is this possible? It is not porcelain, it is jointed with metal and something elastic.   Posting more pics to help with the identification. Any help you can give would be great!

Your doll is a composition "Patsy Type" probably from the 1930s.

Looks like a composition Snow White doll to me.  If you google  compostion snow white doll you will see similar dolls.
