Buy an item and within a few days remove the seller from ebay

I have a problem, I am from Mexico and buy a star wars figure in hong kong, the seller marked the item as shipped, but in a few days they sent me a notification that the user has been deleted.
With this situation have created uncertainty in my purchase and seeing the circumstances I would like to cancel the purchase !!!
What happens in these situations ???

You need to go to the "Resolution Center" tab at the bottom of an eBay page (like how you found this "Community" section). Then open a case indicating that you did not receive an item. The process is very user-friendly.  Assuming you paid for the item with PayPal, you should receive a refund in full.
