I shipped item. Tracking shows it delayed. Buyer has reported to Ebay "not received". I responded to buyer that USPS tracking shows delivery delayed. How much time do I have before I have to refund and file claim for lost shipment?

Items had been bundled in the same package which had been delivered as per USPS tracking. Only one item is shown as Delivered, the others are still in shipped status. Could you please update them as Delivered? Thank you
