What's the best way to resolve this? Seller gave tracking info and USPS said there was signature for it but I never received package and there's no proof of it. I submitted claim with USPS but have not heard back (slim chance they even help). It's not seller's fault as they did their job. Am I just out $50 here?

You need to go to down to your post office and find out where it was delivered--the post office has GSP coordinates that tell where the package was when the carrier scanned it. They can also tell you the shipping address. If it was simply misdelivered, you can file an insurance claim if the seller shipped priority mail--it came with a minimum of $50 insurance.

Go to your Post Office and have them look it up. They can see the exact spot where the item was scanned and signed for.
