Needing adivce on dealing with a buyer now wanting a refund

sold her a item that worked good but i listed as used as is .  had to open case against her to get her to pay. then after she received item she messaged me asked me how to use it.  then i for message saying he brother was going to try to put new parts on it.  then she turns in to ebay item is broke she needs a refund.  for almost 2 weeks now i receive page long harassing messages from this buyer.  even calling me names.  i quit responding to the messages as instructed by ebay but the keep coming.  she has a case against me for a refund and ebay is taking her side.

Did you save the messages that were sent to you by the buyer?

Particularly the one about "brother was going to try to put new parts on it".

If so, make sure you forward a copy to eBay in answer to the case.

that's sad. All the evidence is in your messages and ebay is gonna side with buyer? That's just crazy stuff.
