Ebay is always pushing and pushing sellers to offer returns yet they don't have a quick and easy link for a seller to use to send a prepaid return label to a buyer that does not want to or know how to use the "Return an item not as described" process. Whats up with that ebay ? if your paying any attention to these boards.
Any buyer who can't figure out or isn't willing to figure out the 1st grader simplistic return system isn't a buyer I want to deal with. I vote No. Buyers don't need further coddling.
It can't be much easier once a return is started. I will admit that most buyers can't read a complete sentence, so that may make it more difficult because they have to click on "Click here to print your return label" (or something to that effect).
