Hi,
I apid of an item
Recieved as damaged
I asked for return or refund
I recieved a message that the seller is not sending the shipping label
In the same time he is escaping refunding me
E-bay repeatedly send me remineder to reurun
How can I solve this?
I cant find any channelto compalint to ebay or paypal

Go to the bottom of this page and click on Resolution Center. It will then take you to a page with options fo file a claim against the seller. Follow all instructions.

According to the OP, OP has already opened a case for return or refund.
@hassanhacke, google "eBay number" and call about a return shipping label.

Your seller is in China, therefore they cannot issue a return label. They are supposed to send you money for that. You need to call Customer Service and explain that the international seller is not helping you with a return label. Do not let the case time out.
eBay really needs to come up with a solution to this problem.

The trick that the seller open the case for return
then he told me he cant send return label
and he is not answering for refund
So, now on e-bay it is a return process and repeatidly sending me reminder to ship

China sellers, Cheap items, long shipping time, pay a little more for the item and purchase from US sellers, much more protected and usally the sellers actually care.

Then I recieved a message that the seller can't send the shipping label but he is still responsible for the fees.
I cantacted the seller and he is escaping refund
Now the case on e-bay is as a return in the time I dont know how to process this
And no refund
and so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
