Ebay has a strict coupon policy.  Please see above.  You must have violated it.

You may sell up to $100 or 25 valid, unexpired, original coupons per month. You may not sell more than 25 coupons in one listing. You cannot sell BOGO or coupons for free items. eBay has a super strict coupon policy. See the link emerald posted for the full coupon policy.

Personally, I'm glad they are so strict. People stealing coupons to sell, got so bad in my area that would find my paper strewn across the yard, the two days week, there were inserts.

Not to mention the people who would tail the carriers and pay for one paper and take everyone in the box.

Their coupon limit policy is full of **bleep**! When I reach my limit, they block me from selling coupons. Another seller has had 40-something coupon auctions every month for the last 4 months and Ebay just keeps letting her sell as many as she wants.

EBay seems to pick and choose who they want to block.

I agree. If your going to do it for one, then they should do it for all. Its been long enough for them to establish some kind of system. So yes, I agree, they pick and choose. Their whole system sucks!
