Buyer claims to not have received item, tracking says delivered so she left negative feedback.

I had a buyer open a case on me saying she did not receive the item I shipped. I sent it via USPS Priority service and tracking number shows it was delivered on her front porch. Ebay found in my favor and took the hold of funds off my PayPal account. In retaliation she has left negative feedback. This is my first time ever receiving negative feedback and I have been selling off and on for years. I reported her as abusing the feedback option. Will eBay find in my favor again? My 100% rating has dropped to 90%.

You can call eBay and have that removed..

Tell them buyer lost the case so the NEG is removable..

I believe they are supposed to automatically remove it but I would call just the same.

This above is the correct advice ^^^.

 

Call Ebay in the AM. Keep calling until you get a US rep. In other words hang up and call again if you hear an accent.

 

The buyer should not have been able to leave any feedback as the case was resolved in your favor.

That should have been automatically blocked by Ebay as the buyer loses their right to leave FB when they lose an INR case.  

 

Unfortunately this means you need to call Ebay to get it taken off.  But you do need to make that call as soon as possible.  Since you account was inactive from selling for awhile, it makes your FB rating look really bad.  First thing tomorrow, call Ebay if you can.  Ask for a FB specialist.  Be completely polite and professional.  Keep all personal feelings and opinions OUT of the conversation.  Stick to the facts and you will be just fine.

 

If for any reason they don't remove the FB.  Come on back and let us know.  I'll be happy to help you with what you'd do next.  But really your phone call should work as this is pretty straight forward.

Block that buyer immediately, even before you call eBay.

You don't want that buyer buying anything else just to leave bad feedback.
