Hello! I just got a message from a buyer who is having issues with the used cell phone that he/she bought from me. Before sending the phone out, I made sure all features function as intended and made sure the buyer won't have any issues. The phone was totally fine and in full working order before I sent it out. The item was received by the buyer on 11/9 and he/she is just now sending me a message 2 weeks and 3 days later saying that the SD card slot spring is broken and does not hold the card. This can only be broken if someone tries to put the card in the wrong way or they are just not doing something right and end up breaking it. I just don't know what to do because 2 weeks is a long time to have a phone and anything could happen within that time limit. He/she could have dropped the phone or broken it on their own during that time. I do have a disclaimer saying: "RETURNS: All Sales Final, unless there is a major error in our listing. Errors must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt of item (date is determined by the delivery confirmation date)." Does my disclaimer matter?

buyers have 45 days to report "errors" to ebay and get a refund.
your disclaimers has no effect of buyer protections complaints.
"all sales final" only means "i won't help you so file the complaint with out bothering me..."
