No makers markings; need help?

Hello, This is my first time here. This is a question for someone who knows more about glass than I. Has anyone come accross a glass one such as this? I'd like to know who made this and any additional info if possible. Thank you in advance.

Glass engraved, painted strawberry dish

This engraved and hand painted dish is 6" across and shallow, about 1" deep. No marks. I assume it's a berry dish but I would appreciate any help with the maker and age.
