Resolved! Need Help Please With ID Of Blue Cut Glass Bowl Set-Indonesia?

This is a 6 pc set of blue cut glass design on bottom with a large star. The rim and edge are a milky light blue and blends away to blue. Big bowl measures 9" at rim and small bowls are 4 1/4" wide. Thank you in advance for help.

I think this is a very old Font Base for a lamp but I could be wrong, there is a number on the bottom that looks like 30 or 80....your thoughts please
