Does anyone recognize the maker of these Teal or Aqua Candle Holders?

Pair of Teal or Aqua Green Candle Holders 
Approximately 4” square and 2 ¼” tall.  
7/8” hole for candles. 
No Markings but have good quality glaze.

You're right Woodland. These are #402 square candlesticks. They're shown on page 112 of Elliot-Bishop's GMcB/Franciscan Pottery book under Capistrano Art Ware which was produced from 1936 thru 1942. The pair illustrated in the book appear to be the same color as yours which he references just as 'blue'.
