Hello, can you help me in identifying the mark of the cup and saucer showed in the pictures.

this is likely to be a decorator mark (the company who applied the decal) rather than the maker of the porcelain.  most of these were made in germany, austria or czechoslovakia in the first half of the 20th century.

on the saucer left of the green mark is a smaller blue mark. Does this give any indication of the manufactor.

Even if it did, the decorator is the only important thing. Many companies sold blanks to decorating companies and even to hobbyists.
