"Item subtotal" > "Order total" in Manage all orders
When I go to Manage all orders, and pulled out all last year's order, it shows "Item subtotal" > "Order total". Roughly by 10%. Anyone has idea why is that? Is it a return/cancel thing? Normally, "Item subtotal" should be less than "Order total".
