Your PayPal account should have received the money before you shipped!
If your account is not set up correctly, or you have an incorrect email for payment on the listing, the buyer's payment can't transfer to you. Your buyer can Cancel it and get the item free....
Did you link your eBay and PayPal accounts?
Did you confirm your email after you opened your PayPal account?
Look at the listing itself, click on Sell Similar and scroll down to see what email you listed for payments:
If there is a typo, buyer payments can't transfer.

Are you saying that you never verified with Paypal that the money was there and it was ok to ship?
Or is the money in Paypal just "pending" ?????

i will assume you are referring to the
Amazon Kindle Fire 8GB, Wi-Fi, 7in - Black
Looking at the positive feed back left for you by the buyer , you can see he acknowledged to had received the item and he has not problems with it.
Call Pay Pal and find out where you money is at this time ,
you have sufficient proof of delivery and not problems with that transaction
always check your Pay Pal account to be sure the money is there before you ship

PayPal does not show payments subject to the new seller hold as Pending.
Only eChecks and payments under investigation are pending. You never ship pending payments until they are completed.
Payments subject to the new seller hold show Completed-Funds Not Yet Available but OK to Ship on the Details page.
