How do I send a pmt thru PP to seller by email? I am paying 1/2 of ship chgs on subsitute items due to the orig item was damaged in shippin

As a compromise worked out with the seller, I agreed to pay for 1/2 the shipping on substitute items that I chose because the original $10 item I won was damaged in shipping. The seller offerred me 2 additional similar items to replace it. I agreed to pay 1/2 of the shipping charges on the 2nd items because the seller already paid for the original shipping in full. The shipping was approx $20 for the 1st item & the same for the 2nd items. So she was out 2 add'l items + 2 $20 shipping fees trying to make it up to me. That is why I agreed to pay 1/2 of the 2nd ship chg. She said I can submit the pmt thru PP using her e-mail address. I do not know how to pay using her email address & could not find instructions. Can you help?

It's not an off-eBay transaction for buyer/seller to discuss resolution to a transaction.

Login to PayPal

Find your original payment to the seller

Click on Details

Copy the seller's email address

Click on Send Money

Paste the seller's email address in and go from there.

Seller cannot send you his email through eBay Messaging.

it is NOT an off eBay transaction when it is resolution to a problem with an eBay transaction.

There is nothing wrong with doing this or against eBay rules

Never rely on eBay nor emails for accurate payment information.

Sign into your PayPal account and click on the "send money" link.  Then follow the instructions.

You should not be discussing it through your eabay account. Use you personal email or the phone. It is now an off ebay transaction. There is nothing wrong with that, just don't do it through eBays email.
