Cancel order and release hold on fund to refund buyer

I need to cancel an order. I can’t complete the cancellation with the funds on hold. How do you reach a live person?

Post office returned item because it was unable to forward. Now what do I do?

I don’t want to get stuck for shipping fees. eBay has done that to me before. But I used their label. The buyer didn’t update their address. How do they pay for a new label and I reship?

Customer claims we sent incorrect iten

Hi, I have a buyer who claims the incorrect item was sent. He has requested a return. Problem is he sent over 2 pictures claiming to be the item I sent. It is not, I checked my stock and I have no record of the item he claims I sent. Advise????
