you can go to USPS.com and input all the shipping info...you will need to know the packaging that the buyer is using for the return, so get together with them first.
you can pay for the label and save it as pdf on your desktop.
then email the pdf to the buyer and let them print it out.

The package would need to be weighed and maybe measured before postage can be calculated. Since the buyer may not return the item in the same packaging or with the same packing, one cannot assume the same postage as what was sent originally.
Nor can he assume that the buyer will mail it on the printed date.
Buyer pays, buyer returns, seller reimburses. That's how it works. And if the buyer doesn't like it, he can keep the item and forgo any refund. And eBay and PayPal will back him up should a dispute be filed.
