I stated in my recent sales that I don't except retruns...however...a person wants to return an item that she thinks is not authinic. I replyed that I purchased the item at the retail shop and I still have the receipt for the item and I am willing to send the original receipt to the buyer. I don't know what else to do...I already sent her the item with the original sales tag. Is there anything else I can do to protect myself?
