The first one is a decorative hanging bracket that can swing out of the way, perhaps for hanging flower baskets,etc
The second one looks to me like a vintage fencing tool, for the installation and removal of fence staples

I am with Duncan on this one, first looks like a plant hanger.
Second looks like an early barbed wire tool, look at the date.
About the time wire came into use. nice items

The second one looks like an antique hammer / tack puller.
Search for: C.J. CAPEWELL 1873 HAMMER/TACK PULLER - looks kind of similar.

I think the other guys are right about the first two items... The third item appears to be a common set of toes. Painted, left and right pair of ten. 😄

And there was no warning! Isn't there some kinda internet law that there has to be a warning if there are going to be feet? If not, there should be!
