How to escalate problem to eBay Customer Support?

I have a case opened because i bought an item where suddenly it's not listed anymore and member no where to be found.

I have the case opened and waited 10 days and resolution, and it says "

This case can be escalated to eBay Customer Support."

How do I do that?

I want this case to go further!

Thanks

Sorry guyes. Can you help me?

I have opened a case at august 29 and it is written "eBay Customer Support has opened a case for you.The seller has until Sep 06, 2012 to respond."
But the seller is still silent. Though I wrote a lot.
So what should I do next if he doesn't reply me... How to escalate the case?

You need to respond to the case in order to escalte it. See this TIP: http://answercenter.ebay.com/tip/Miscellaneous/Ebay-Buyer-Protection/1000253232 especially post 5 of 10.

:^O Got IT! You click on the case to view it, click the "add a message" link, this takes you to the "Respond to your case" page.  One of the drop-down options is to escalate the case.

I had to do a google image search for the screen I wanted, then I finally figured it out.

OP, escalate the case by clicking the option to escalate in the Resolution center.

OP has waited 10 days and is being told they can escalate the case.

OP's words...

"I have the case opened and waited 10 days and resolution, and it says "

This case can be escalated to eBay Customer Support."

In the dispute console in the resolution center you should see an option to escalate on your case.

Hello!

The seller does not want to make a full refund shipping return and my payment for shipping item to me. I have an open case, but do not know how to escalate it.

Did you follow the procedure???

Search Results:Here's what we found for "item no longer listed"

Since you already paid for the item, we recommend that you wait 10 days from the expected delivery date to see if the item arrives. If the item does arrive, inspect it carefully.

If you have a problem with the purchase, we're here to help. If you've already tried contacting the seller but were unable to reach an agreement, your eBay purchase may be covered by eBay Buyer Protection.  For eligible purchases, we'll cover your purchase price plus original shipping.

Did the seller respond to the dispute??

Did they provide a delivery confirmation number??

If so then you will need to wait for the delivery of the item.

If not then you can escalate the dispute by going to the case in the resolution center and clicking the link to escalate the dispute.
