sold items not showing up in MY EBay selling manager sold area

Items I sold are not showing up as sold in my ebay selling manager. They are totally gone from any list. Only way I know it via email that it sold or paypal notification that I was paid. I then have to ship from my paypal account instead of my ebay manager. I am using an older Mac computer. Power PC G5 Dual 2ghz
