scam buyer wants refund

Received by mail, a pair of shoes from a person claiming we sold them, and asking for a refund, checked our eBay site and found no such sale ever took place (don't sell on eBay anyway) the so called buyer is-maciasellzabeth861961-,the seller site is, -us2015reaso- ,showing 1 (one) item sold, the shoes. Now the "buyer" wants a refund. Question: how is our mailing address connected to the obvious scam seller, need to know the security of our eBay info and what action to take.
