resrtricted shop

Hi all,

I have been ebayseller for 15 years, 40000 transactions, 100%feedback, powerseller.

Now my shop was restricted after cancellation of a few transactions in agreement with the buyer..

Now i loose my income , because i get no chance to reopen my shop.

I still cannot believe this nor accept seen the work I have done over the last 15 years.

What can i do ?

Please some tips.
