"Unpaid items" section shows a paid for and refunded item

I made a purchase from a seller and paid for it via PayPal. They refunded me for the item as [they claimed] the item had sold the prior week and the item wasn't supposed to still listed. No problem - I understand these things happen. But now the item shows up in my "Unpaid items" section of My eBay. the refund has clearned already via PayPal.

Is this normal for a refunded item to show up in one's 'unpaid items' section?
