I had a buyer who made a purchase and when I was packing up items I broke two of the four items. Refunded the buyer and explained what had happened. We canceled the purchase and now she has left me nasty negative feedback. I can't even respond to it and I have never had any negative feedback.
Is there something I can do?
Thank you both for your answers. I should have taken a picture of the broken glasses. I did offer her the other two glasses but she didn't want to wait on that. I appreciate your help. I just didn't think of someone thinking that I was not telling the truth but I guess it happens more than I realized.
