Hi everyone,
My paypal account was charged by ebay under the description "ebay seller fees and reinbursement". I had listed a few textbooks for sale, but this was not over the free inserstion limit. So why am I being charged? Could this be an amount that ebay takes from my sales? I was under the impression that, that happened immediately after the seller pays, but may be I am wrong. Do they collect their part at the end of the month?
