I have a problem. I bought an item, a perfume. I paid for it and everything, but I didnt sign in with my account, I proceeded to my purchase as a guest. Now, I didnt receive a confirmation that they shipped the item and it has been more than 5 days. What can I do? I have all the info on my email, confirmation number, transaction number but no confirmation that it has been shipped. PLEASE HELP 😞
