Wrong delivery adress after paiment

I won this auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Full-HD-1080P-SJ5000-Sports-Recorder-Car-Action-DV-Waterproof-Camera-Camcord...
So I have two adress for delivery, domestic in USA and located in Russia.
When I accept paypal purchase - I'm 100% change adress to located in Russian and processed paypent.
But after payment in my account purchase history - I see as USA located adress state as main adress for delivery for this parcel.
It's 100% mistake or some bug - can you please help me and change adress for delivery, as a reason I need to say - what for seller no mater where client located, they process delivery in Worldwide as same price $17.99.
Please help me change adress for delivery, thank you.
