I have ordered and payed a wedding dress, which I received on time. On wedding dress was mold (I took a picture of it and sent it back to the seller). - All the conversation went through e-bay, process of returning the shippment. Then something happened - the seller did not receive the dress and the e-bay returning period ended (during that time I was in a direct contact through e-bay messages with the seller and he was insistring, that he did not receive the dress). I went to the post office and they gave me a proof that the seller picked up the wedding dress.
Please find that proof attached - it is written in English.
What can I do to be refunded?
