Want to return the product by getting full refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought this item 'WiFi 1080P Video Projector VPRAWLS LED Movie Mini Projector 7000 Lumen HDMI' on 12th of September 2017 (Item number is 322629273989). I paid the full amount £70.97. The item is not matching with their Description and also got some problem with the buttons. I asked saler before buying the product it's wifi or not and also check their description? They said yes but it is not. Their description wise image size should be 36'' to 300'' inch but it is not more than 100'' inch. I'm really upset for all of this things and trying to explain the saler everything.

Can you please check our messages or conversation? I'm trying to return the item and request for the full money back.

I don't need the product at all cause it's not full fill my requirement. But they are not agreeing. 

Please, asked them for the full refund cause it's their fault for gave me the wrong information. They should have give the return postal cost or free post sticker as well, if they have.

I'm waiting to hear  from you soon.
