Very unfair negative feedback...

I doubt anything could be done about this because the transaction was last year. However I sold a couple of iphones and one of them was not working (broken screen) but the other worked fine, I tested it. And I described the situation in very good detail and listed the whole thing as "For parts" considering one of the phone was in immediate working order. The buyer bought and paid for the item and I never heard anything so assumed he was happy. Then on the last day of the 30 feedback period, he leaves this, "______________((((((((((((((". No message, no time to appeal, no time to even ask what his problem is. Now instead of having a 100% feedback rating, I have to deal with 88.9%, just because of this unfair feedback.

 

Is there ANYTHING that can be done about this?
