Unresponsive seller; Would like to make a complaint

Hello,

I can't force a seller to sell me their item, but if I make numerous inquiries without a response, shouldn't the seller respond sooner or later?

The seller is within 100 miles of me and I would like to do a local pickup.  If the seller never gets back to me, their loss, however, I'm worried that they will try to rip off out of town buyers who may purchase via "Buy it Now" or some other online payment way.  I feel this seller is acting suspiciously.  I would like to file a complaint with the seller in order to get them to be a more respectable seller.
