Unpaid Case

Hi,so I've recently won an auction from a seller who do not ship to forwarding companies. IIve tried making payment numerous times 

But  the transaction keeps on failing, Contacted the seller and asked for an exception but they declined and instead filed an unpaid case

a few days later. What else can I do to pay for this item ??
