Hi all,
A purchaser placed an offer on an item I had, which I accepted. They then said they were unable to pay via PayPal. It looks like my settings in Account -> Site Preferences were not marked to allow PayPal, which I switched to offer as a payment method on my listings.
They are still unable to pay via PayPal. Does this only apply to future listings? Is it not retroactive? Is there another setting I'm missing?
