Sold NFL Tickets Buyer has not paid

I sold some NFL Playoff tickets and the buyer has not paid, item sold on Jan. 4th, several invoices sent as well as a private message. I am concerned that they will just "Cancel" the order and i do not have time to relist, sell, and send tickets to new buyer prior to the game. I cannot contact eBay for support other than their automated system. I would think they would treat Tickets a bit differently as they are timed based sales. Not sure what to do next. I did put in for an "Unpaid Item" but I have to wait until Jan. 10th for the next step. Does anyone know how to contact eBay?
