Selling / "Expired" Promos in my inbox from eBay.

Hi all,

  I created this account a coupe months ago to sell a bunch of stuff.

  I wasn't in a rush , but when I logged in today I found promos in my inbox ranging from $25 to $50 to start selling.

  When I clicked on any of them, it said "promo expired".

  How do I get any of these?  Can talking to support help any?

  I'm not waiting before I list.  I put time aside to list things (about twenty) but these promos are (were) great sounding.
