Seller won't respond

Hi, 

I was wondering what to do if the seller won't respond. I contacted them before the bid was over by 20 min, no response. So I placed a bid anyways and won the bid, but they still won't respond more than 24 hours later. I would strongly prefer to pay after I get a response to my question so what do I do?
