HI,
I purchased a top from someone who didn't offer returns but said the item was in "excellent pre-owned condition" and provided measurements.
When I received the top, it was NOT in "excellent condition", been worn and washed way too many times, with lots of piling and the material now rough. Furthermore, the measurements she provided were inaccurate (4" smaller than what she said they were.)
She is allowing me to return it but wants me to simply use the original packaging and write "Return to Sender" on the packaging.
What are people's experiences with doing it that way? I had one bad experience but wanted to know other thoughts.
Thanks!
