I'm trying to get to Top Rated status and I try to mail items the next day. I have the following on my seller dashboard and don't understand why this percentage is not correct. Any help from someone?
Tracking uploaded and validated by carrier 
The percentage of your transactions that had tracking info uploaded in My eBay and was then validated by the shipping carrier.

(9 out of 16 transactions) I purchase my postage thru ebay and then take to the local post office and watch them while they scan it in the system. Why is this validated by carrier so low? what might I be doing wrong?
