Seller doesn't send me the shipping cost - unable to pay for the item.

Hello, first of all english is not my native langage, I hope my post will be comprehensible.

So, I'm from Belgium (Europe) and came across an item situed in the US. The shipping for Belgium was not precised. I first sent a message to the seller asking if it would be okay for him to ship it to me and if so, for how much. No answer. Time passing and the end of the bids coming closer, I placed a bid. I know that I probably shouldn't have, not without an answer from the seller but I purchased many times from the US and was pretty sure that the shipping cost would be reasonable.  I won the item.

I sent a message to the seller apologizing for bidding without his answer ; I said to him "If you're unable to ship it to me, please simply cancel the transaction, I perfectly understand." No answer. I requested the total amount via Ebay : still no answer! The seller simply doesn't answer me and now an open request is pending, but I cannot pay and the seller doesn't answer sooo... What do I do?
