Seller did not contact me about the return request for order 332152461559

I contact to yoy because I was very disapointed about your service. I sent the return request with the seller but the seller did not contact me. I try to cliked on the "More actions" and try to find the "Ask eBay to step in" but I cannot find that  link. The seller is a liar. He sell the fake item to me with the higher price than the authentic one. I don't want to give him negative feedback because I think if I do that, it will affect your service. I just want to return it and end this problem. Please help me to return this order. Thanks
