I have tried (in vain) to resolve an order that I placed through my guest account "highl-willi"...and can get no answer to my questions about this order....I have talked to a person at EBAY named Lisa, who was very pleasant and told me that she would research my complaint and get back with me within hours. I have contacted the seller twice and he will not answer me, he states that my order has been placed and gave me a tracking number: 9261299996307735580219 of which is an invalid tracking number. You have sent me notice that you have paid this person, yet I have no proof that it was a valid purchase.....either drop the charges of $37.99 or advise me on this matter. Thanks
