Resolving a Sale Issue with Buyer

I have a buyer that would like to purchase one of my items. This person emailed my account asking for a lower price offer - I obliged and gave her a price that I would accept. However, she keeps asking me for my Paypal name and email address so that she can pay directly through Paypal. I'm a little new at this eBay thing, but I've asked her repeatedly to make the offer through my listing so that I could accept it, then she could go into my listing and click on Buy It Now so that she could make her payment through Paypal. Am I not understanding her correctly? Here is her last email response to me:

"I make payment directly through PayPal so i need your PayPal name and email to make the payment to you. Thank you and i am waiting on that"

Can someone please help me to understand the procedures or help me to understand what she is asking?
