Report a member

How do I report a member for inappropriate behaviour and not abiding by Ebay Rules of Listings.

I clicked all the appropriate buttons in Support & Customer Services but it brought up three options.  Call us but the number was not UK based so I wasn't able to deal the number because it didn't say what country it was in. Call me, but it only allowed people from the US, Canada or New Zealand to request a call, or Ask Community Members.

I just want a telephone number in the UK to call, or I want Ebay to call me or I want to send an email to ebay support.
