I received a purchase that did not include all the items listed in the description. I immediately opened a return, but the seller contacted me and said they would ship out the missing item the next day so I closed it back down. It has now been over two weeks with still no sign of the item or any word from the seller. I cannot reopen the request, so am I simply out of luck for the entire situation?
