I have a regular customer who is great in every aspect, but is slooooow paying. We don't mind, but apparently someone else did and he had two unpaid item cases closed against him this month. Unfortunately, because of our settings, he can no longer bid on our items. I do not want to change our settings, and I am not sure it would be retroactive to the items I already listed. I suggested he create a new user name, but are there any other options like contacting customer service to allow him to bid on our auctions?
