Hi. This is my first posting. A buyer purchased 4 glass dishes and one arrived broken. I have "no returns" on my listings. The buyer is now requesting a full refund of the purchase price + shipping and for me to pay the additional return shipping to get the other 3 unbroken dishes back. They listed the reason for return as "It doesn't match the listing". Is this how it works? Will this reflect negatively on me as a seller? Am I worrying about nothing:) Thanks!
