Refund/Return

Monster high doll  My daughter sold this Monster High doll.  When we shipped it. it did not have the little ring on the hand as shown in the picture.  So we offered the person who bought it a refund after we could not locate the ring.  We refunded the account plus additional money for the return.  The buyer will not return it or refund our account.  What should we do?  Here is some of the email traffic...
